Designed 3BR in Upper Manhattan with Washer&Dryer
Guests receive the entire apartment made up of 3 bedrooms, two bathroom, a full kitchen, dining table with two chairs, lounge/TV area with AC, sofa , smart TV and fast Wifi.
The bedrooms: Guests will sleep peacefully at night on the comfortable mattresses made up with linens and a queen sized bed and a single bed with a side table and lamp.
Kitchen: The cozy kitchen is well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, a gas stove-top, oven, microwave, kettle and a coffee machine with coffee capsules. Guests will also find the cabinets stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils needed to whip up an easy meal.
Lounge: The lounge area has a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. Log into your Netflix, Hulu, or HBO and watch TV and relax after a long day.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a tub and shower within, along with a basin and toilet. Enjoy the plush towels and toiletries provided. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and soap upon arrival.
- If you wish to cancel a Reservation you will be able to do so by providing us with a cancellation notice via e-mail.
- You will be entitled for a full refund of the Base Fees if your cancellation request is made within forty-eight (48) hours after our Confirmation Notice. If you cancel within five days of your check in date, the first night is not refundable, but 50% of the nightly rate for the remaining nights will be refunded.
- If you arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation notice is received by us, will be refunded.
- If you repeatedly cancel reservations that were confirmed by us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion.
